- Items being returned or exchanged must be in original condition.

Digital Download Products
The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.
- All digital download products are considered intangible, and are considered “used” after being downloaded.
- NO Refunds or Exchanges for Digital Download Products
Delivery of Goods and Services
If you did not receive a link to your Digital Download Product.
- First check your spam folder
- If not in your spam folder email info@borednomad.com with your transaction/payment details.
If you did not receive your Physical Merchandise please contact info@borednomad.com with your order number.
- Borednomad LLC is not responsible for delayed shipments related to Shipping company errors, lost packages, weather delays, or natural disaster delay that shipping companies may encounter.
